Instead of preaching information on how to get motivated, ask people about their experiences. Find out what their strengths and expertise are.
Be facilitative, not controlling. Make your team feel as though they control and own their health and well being - but they have your support.
People respond best to emotions so feel free to connect and get vulnerable with your team.
What is their deepest sense of purpose? Find out what they care about the most and help them make a change.
Make workplace wellness fun and enjoyable for people. Change the "have to" into a "want to".
